Our Mission
Community living should feel organized, transparent, and connected — not scattered across WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and endless follow-ups. CasaGate exists to give housing societies one trusted place to manage communication, maintenance, visitors, complaints, and daily operations.
Our Vision
We envision a future where every apartment community in India — from 50-flat societies in Coimbatore to large gated layouts in major cities — runs smoothly on tools built for how people actually live, speak, and work together.
That means mobile-first software, Tamil and English for residents and security staff, and workflows simple enough that committees do not need IT support to get started. Technology should reduce volunteer burden, not add to it.
Our Story
CasaGate started from a simple observation: housing societies across India were doing serious operational work — billing, visitor control, complaints, AGM preparation — with informal tools never designed for the job.
Committee members told us the same stories again and again. Maintenance reminders buried in WhatsApp. Gate registers that nobody could search. Treasurers rebuilding Excel sheets every month. Residents asking the same questions because there was no single place for answers.
We are building CasaGate in Coimbatore to solve that gap — not as another bloated society app, but as a focused platform shaped with early partner communities before public launch. Founding societies help us prioritize what matters: clarity at the gate, transparency for treasurers, and a resident experience that works in Tamil and English.
